You must provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for activities under your account and for keeping login credentials secure.

Dorbesbaba connects buyers with verified suppliers and logistics partners. We manage platform operations, order processing, and buyer support across heritage, fresh produce, fashion, and selected general goods.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently the only active payment method. Customers should inspect the delivered package at handoff and then pay the courier. Orders may be cancelled if verification fails, delivery is repeatedly refused, or fraud risk is detected.

Product prices, VAT, delivery fees, stock, and service zones may change based on seasonality, supplier availability, and logistics conditions in Bangladesh. Fresh produce listings may have dynamic availability.

Return and refund eligibility depends on product category and delivery condition. Fresh produce is covered by quality and freshness review, while non-perishable items are generally returnable according to the published refund policy page. Approved COD refunds may be settled through mobile financial services or bank transfer after verification.

Users must not misuse the platform, submit false claims, abuse COD privileges, or attempt fraudulent transactions. Dorbesbaba may suspend accounts and refuse service where policy abuse is identified.

Our liability is limited to the value of the related order unless required otherwise by applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and disputes are subject to Dhaka jurisdiction.
